I like this yarn but because of the size of the skein it's hard (impossible) to get the center pull. I'll buy it again, but will be prepared for the work involved in breaking it down to use.
LOVED THIS YARN! Made a blanket using the strands together and it came out beautifully. Very easy to work with and no splitting.
This was my first time using Pound of Love, making a large continuous afghan. Love how easily this yarn slides off my crochet hook. Soft, with excellent stitch definition. Am nearly done with this project and bought more than I need, so will use the rest for a sweater.
This yarn is pleasing to work with. The amount of yarn is also a good value in these ever increasing price times; to be able to spend time making projects.
I have been making afghans for family members. I absolutely love Pound of Love and the colors that are available. The yarn works up extremely well, whether I’m knitting or crocheting. If anything, I want more colors.
This yarn has a good consistent quality, a nice soft feel and will provide a welcome warmth for this lap blanket I’m just finishing up. My design is a deeply textured 26” x 36” and the Pound is just the right yardage.
