I got my yarn and pattern right away and got started making it have gotten a lot of complements on my drawstring purse and will probably make one for a friend.
absolutely love it. just finished it las night. went together easy. directions were easy to follow. my daughter loved the colors and i think that's what drew me to the pattern. now i am looking at the colors of this yarn to make more to give as gifts at christmas. this kit was worth making and purchasing.
Perfectly detailed pattern that worked up quickly. This will be my go-to pattwrn for quick and easy bags.
The pattern is well written with notes and detailed instructions. It does include a "spike stitch" that is a variation of a half double crochet. I'm not sure, if I had been able to read the entire pattern, if I would have chosen it, however I have learner puff stitches and other unique stitches so I can do this too. I would personally say this is more intermediate than beginner level 2, I believe is its classification. Also beyond the base of the bag, the pattern rows are noted in colors. If you choose different colors like I did, you'll just have to know which color you're using in place of the originals..
