Full Circle Blessings

I remember when I was 6 years old my grandmother taught my 3 sisters and me to knit and crochet. Many, many years have passed since and I now appreciate that great lady's love for us and her unlimited patience. Of the 4 of us I am the only crocheter. 2 of my sisters knit, and one sister only enjoys the fruit of our love of crafting. During my teenage years almost no time was spend crocheting, but when I married and had my children (3), I picked up my hooks and made layettes. Over the years, I would made several items for my husband and children.
Now I am 62 years old and have 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grand, aging from 18 years to 1 month. I have be blessed to create expressions of my love for them and other family members. My grandsons (13 and 15) are learning to crochet. My continued blessing is that I am still able to contribute to the future through a rewarding craft I learned at my grandmother's knee. My prayer is that the circle will continue.
