Unfortunately, there were a total of at least 13 knots in the 5 skeins that I had purchased in the color Current Situation. Other than that, I love this yarn! Perfect for making bags.

Hi Margaret - our apologies for the excessive knots! Anytime you encounter more than 3-4 knots in a single ball of Rewind, please email our quality control team at support@lionbrand.com. Save your ball band, as we'll need the color and dye lot information.

Rewind

I love this yarn. I have used it to make sun hats. I can even overlook the knots in the yarn. You cannot pull to much or it will break.

Love this product. Crochet up quickly and is so silky. Will order more.

Oh The Possibilities!

This product is an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. Whether gluing flat on journals, stationary or scrapbooks to sewing and slow-stitching...the possibilities are endless!

Having a problem

I am making a handbag, The Riviera Tote, and your Rewind Yarn was what she used to make the bag, so that is what I ordered. As I am working with the yarn I notice that it is fraying and it makes the bag look old and well used. I know part of the problem is I have never made this pattern before and I hope when I make the other side it will turn out better.

Hi Glenda - this yarn will get a little fuzzy with wear and use, as it's a non-woven fabric and doesn't have any twist in it for added strength. Crocheting it tightly, like for a bag, will help give the fabric structure and stability, and keep the yarn strands from moving around too much and getting fuzzy. You can gently use a sweater shaver on the surface of the fabric to remove any pills and keep it looking new.
