Amazing brand and quality! I have 5 the first time for a trial and then purchased 10 more of different colors and now I’m about to order 5-6 more!!
Happy with this loop yarn and was able to make the braid pattern I wanted with it. Soft and durable loops. Great price as well
I got 3 colors of the lion brand yarn: the white yellow Grey, white pink purple, and the white yarn. I was very happy with the color shades and how they looked together. I made a blanket. However, the white yarn was not as soft as the multicolor yarn. I wondered if it was bleached for a more pure white. I haven't washed it yet to see if it would feel more like the multicolored yarn, but I'm hoping it will feel more uniform.
I love this yarn! All my grand kids are getting blankets for Christmas!!
Ordered 2 skeins of one color. No problem. However, 5 skeins of another color had 2 of the 5 skeins with visible lighter color variation. The plum color not dark but more pink.
Hi JB - you may have receied skeins from two different dye lots. If you still have the label you can check the dye lot number above the barcode. If they are from different dye lots we typically suggest alternating rows to blend the two together, though this will be a bit trickier in a loop yarn like Off The Hook.
I'm making a baby blanket with this ultra-soft loop yarn, and it's going very quickly. I've learned that it's easier to do on a surface like a little table than in my lap. I just keep checking the back and edges to be sure no loops are missed, but when I do miss one, it's easy to undo to that point, loop the loop where it belongs, and carry on. Nothing is ruined, and I don't have to tear up the entire piece. It's very forgiving, and I'm ordering more yarn to do the next one. Pretty colors, too!
