Awesome!

Easy to work with, crocheting. Felt beautifully smooth. I like the variance of thickness. No smell just outstanding colors and heavenly smoothness. I so wish I could have purchased more. I chose 2 skeins of purple/pink, not enough sadly. Do you think your outlet store has any more? I hope you will make more. I wonder why it was discontinued? Maybe too expensive to make. But thank you for making it this time. It was, “is” AWSOME!

Sapphire Colour

Knitting beautifully, although the current ball does have greater thickness variety than the earlier ones.
Is it possible that you have two balls of this beautiful purple/blue yarn lying around a corner somewhere? Everything seemed to work but my calculations are wrong & I will need two balls for the sleeves. I'll pay full price if there is some. I'll go looking for a plain purple somewhere otherwise. Thank you.

Hello F. H. - sadly we no longer have any of this yarn in our warehouse, but we may have some in our Outlet. Please call them to check!

Mixed Feelings

I have purchased two skeins of this yarn at different times. The color Jasper was a bit duller/greyer than expected and had a very strong smell, almost like wet earth or mold. Had to wash and air it for a month before I could use it, and I'm still not crazy about it. During a sale, I also purchased a skein of Opal. Much better experience, and not smelly! I'm crocheting some "unicorn" bunting for my niece's room. There are some thicker/thinner parts of the yarn, but as I am crocheting motifs, it isn't as noticeable. If you're hoping for a consistent look, especially in knit, this is not the yarn for you. If you enjoy experiencing a different yarn material and don't mind thickness variation, this is a fun yarn to try.

lovely silk

Am making a sweater with the silk I got on sale (thanks for allowing for my carelessness in omitting sale code!) The colour (blue purple) is wonderful and the little bits undyed are not a problem as they blend in. When I wound the yarn into a ball (only one so far) the yarn appeared to twist. As I knit I'm holding up the work to allow the thread to untwist. Am I doing something wrong or is it a function of being a single ply? Am looking forward to completing this project.

Hello F.H. - the twisting is due to the single-ply construction of this yarn. With only one strand of yarn the twist can be a little unbalanced. You can try working from the other end of the ball, or just keep untwisting periodically!

Nice colors

Bought three skeins of the green yellow yarn but found one to be very stiff like twine so I don’t know what to do with it!

Smelled heavily of Dye

I love this yarn, i got the green yellow color and made a
beautiful scarf. However i thought it just needed to air out
but this yarn smelled heavily of dye.
It even tinted my white comforter a yellow color where the yarn
was sitting on it.
I soaked my finished scarf in cold water for a few hours and some of the
dye came out but then the dye smell was almost even stronger.
I soaked it again last night in a water-vinegar mix.
maybe soak the yarn first before you start your project but
somewhat inconvenient
