Hello, my fiber friends. I am Makenzie, the yarn loving, cable obsessed, always knitting designer at Hanks And Needles. With one, two, or more patterns always in the works. Yarn is always in hand or close by along with my notebook for the new ideas that come as I work. My love for yarn (and knitting) began in 2000, but became a passion when I taught myself to cable. Now I am constantly looking for new techniques, stitches, fibers, inspiration, and other ways to expand my designs to new heights.
