From shawls to sweaters to throws, this yarn can't be beat for softness and sheer touch-ability. With solids, heathers, and beautiful self-striping 'painterly' colors, Homespun® comes in gorgeous shades you'll love. Please note that some colors have long, slow color variations that cause them to subtly stripe. This is deliberate and adds to the beauty of the finished garment; such yarns are designated as our 'painterly' colors.

Dream to work with

I used this yarn to make the Bobbi Fringe Scarf from TL YarnCrafts. It was so easy to work with! I will be using it again soon.

Have made many wraps

I have used this yarn to make a shoulder wrap. I have made many of these with this yarn and with the similar Homespun New which has been discontinued. Depending on hook size and experience level it may not be easy to use yarn. Does not frog easily. That is the only reasons I gave it 4 stars.

Homespun Tudor

I ordered three skeins of Homespun Tudor to make a baby blanket. All went well with the first two, but as I started to continue with the third, it turned out to have an entirely different pink and none of the blue in the other two.

Love Homespun yarn

I work in a cool building and needed a sweater, so I made a caplet from Homespun Hepplewhite white yarn. My friends liked the look and warmth so much I'm making 2 more for them, and I've blended it with other yarns to give them a boho look. Very versatile, warm and cozy yarn. Sorry, the photo very dark.
