I love this yarn, it is sooo soft and I cannot wait to make more crochet projects. I am new to crochet
I made several hats with this yarn. They work up quickly. It takes two balls to make this hat- one for the hat, and a second ball to make the Pom Pom, with yarn left over, if you need to make a bigger sized hat. It is a nice yarn to work with and is very soft!
At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to love this yarn for my lamb hat project but I actually fell in love with it. It came out so cute and I can’t wait to give it as a gift at my friends baby shower.
I’m giving it 4 stars because of the price point. I bought it on sale thankfully but it’s not a value priced yarn by any means but it was perfect for this pattern by Beezy Mom’s Creations on Etsy. 1 skein will do a 3-6 month size with some extra. The yardage doesn’t go terribly far but worked for this project and thankfully I bought multiple skeins so I could make sizes as needed.
I like the feel and look of this yarn. It’s soft and works up quickly but each skein is very small and expensive so it takes a lot to complete a project.
Additional note, I love the original “Butta” yarn and I’ve used it extensively but this thick & quick version doesn’t much resemble it.
i was unhappy with the look of this yarn. it looked like it had been washed and brushed. maybe it was the color. aside from that, it was an easy yarn to work with, i was hoping it would have been thicker, but it wasn't. i made slippers out of it and they turned out well. however, i will not purchase this yarn again. it just wasn't what i was really looking for.
