Nice yarn, great to wear in the dark, especially when walking or running.
When I first saw this, I couldn't add it to my cart fast enough and I was not disappointed! It felt like cotton while I was working it and I'm so happy with my results. I will definitely buy this again and plan to try the glow in the dark chenille as well.
The skein may be small, but super powerful for a glow yarn. If you take it in the sun for a few seconds the yarn glows a long time inside. Works great with black lights as well. Can’t do a tight knot/weave due to the denseness of the yarn, but it will work for the blanket I’m currently making. Using more as an accent than an entire piece.
This glows amazingly and doesn't take long to charge at all. I only used natural sunlight to charge it, so I'm not sure how other forms of lighting will work.
This worked up fine and it is fun to see the end product. It is a little drying and I wasn't sure if the lotion I use would mess with the glow properties so I gooped up when I was through. This design by Sixel worked up great.
This Yarn worked up nice with no splitting and no joined ends. I used it in a beanie with 3 weight yarn and it worked perfectly. The label says it's a 4, but it's a 3. I used size 7 needles for my project. Will buy again.
