Rising Star Crochet Kit

I like buying kits because you get everything you need for the project in one package along with the pattern. I love the yarns that came with this kit, but I have had a bit of trouble with the pattern. I'm not finished with the blanket yet, but have found some mistakes in the pattern which makes me think maybe this pattern wasn't tested. I wish I had had more pattern info before purchasing the entire kit.
