Great Little Project

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. the kit was delivered really quick.

Great customer service

I ran out of yarn and they have since delivered another skein. Their customer service department is excellent. I would order kits in the future for that reason alone. Bravo! 👏

Semi-circular rug

As I was working up this rug, it looked more like a fan than a semi-circle. I am hoping that blocking will straighten out the edge. Great service from Lion Brand customer service as they quickly sent out a fifth ball of yarn that should have been included in my kit.

Amazing Service

I ran out of yarn before finishing my rug and Lion Brand’s customer service department not only found me a skein in my discontinued color they even matched the dye lot! They also changed the kit amount to reflect the amount i needed so no one else will have my problem. I was very impressed and pleased.

The finished rug is just what I wanted soft but sturdy. My dog thinks I made it for him. Thank you Lion Brand.
