(multiple of 10 sts plus 1)

Stitch Explanation: 4-st LC Sl 2 sts to cn and hold to front, k2, k2 from cn. 

Pattern:

Rows 1 and 5 (RS) *P1, k4; rep from *, end p1. 
Rows 2 and 4 K1, *p1, k2, p1, k1, p4, k1; rep from * to end.
Row 3 *P1, 4-st LC, p1, k4; rep from *, end p1. 
Row 6 Rep row 2. 
Rep rows 1–6.

Note: this is a generic pattern for creating this cable. For a single cable it would be 10 stitches. In the example shown, there are 3 repeats of the stitch, so you'd need to cast on 31 (10 x 3 +1) stitches and do 3 repeats to get a swatch that appears the same.
