Stitchfinder: Crochet Trim: Luxurious Braid

Skill level: challenging/complex 

Make a foundation chain of the required length, with right side facing. 

(multiple of 3 stitches + 1) 

Row 1: 1 ch, 1 sc in each st or position to end, turn. 
Row 2: As row 1. 
Row 3: 1 ch, *3 sc, 4 ch, rep from * to end omitting 4 ch on last rep, turn. 
Row 4: 1 ch, *3 sc, 8 dc in 4-ch loop, *rep from * to last 3 sts, 3 sc. Fasten off. 
Return to the beginning of foundation row, rep rows 1-4. Fasten off.
