Yes, it does what it says, this yarn GLOWS. Literally. Make a multitude of projects that can be seen with the lights on or off. All you need to do is ‘charge’ up your projects under direct light, then watch them glow in the dark! The longer the yarn is exposed to light and the more direct the source, the stronger and longer your glow in the dark experience lasts.
DIY Glow - Natural
The original DIY Glow, this CYC 4 Medium/Worsted yarn may look like ordinary white yarn, but when the lights go down, it glows! Easy-care, this yarn is machine wash and dry! It works well with many other yarns, so use it by itself or add a bit of glow to any project for nighttime adventures.
DIY Glow Cozy Yarn
This yarn is made of a glow-in-the-dark tube around a soft, cozy core making it perfect for projects needing a little extra flair with a comfy feel, including garments! Available in a bright color palette to maximize creativity. When glowing, all colors glow yellow/green at maximum glow potential.

All DIY Glow yarns need to be charged in light (natural or artificial) for a few hours to get it to its full glow potential. Remember to ‘charge it’ before you ‘glow for it’ each time.

Our DIY Glow Chenille is a little stiffer than regular chenille, but it has the same look as regular chenille and it glows! Tip: We suggest giving the finished item a gentle soak in lukewarm water, rolling it in a towel to squeeze most of the water out, and popping it in the dryer for 10-15 minutes to fluff it up.
Our original DIY Glow only comes in the natural color, but DIY Glow Chenille comes in a few different colors. However, all colors glow the yellow/green glow seen in pictures.
