This particular yarn is my absolute favorite! I’ve made many blankets with this yarn. It’s soft, easy to work with, and works up quickly. There are many colors to pick from.
Love working with this yarn. I’ve made several items but here’s my most recent. Used Oatmeal, Nightshadow and Air Force.
Used this yarn in Oatmeal to crochet a large granny stitch blanket on an 8mm crochet hook - it was very easy to work with. The color was as advertised. Minus a star for how much the brown/black accents shed but the overall effect is very nice.
I purchased a pattern that recommended Woolease Thick and Quick yarn, so I ordered that yarn for the project. The sweater turned out beautifully! This yarn is nice to work with and the finished product feels soft to the touch. I will use it again in the future.
I liked the designer's original Wool-Ease colors, but decided to make my sweater in Barley and Jam Cookie yarns instead. I am very pleased with the lacy stained glass effect against the muted base yarn. I hadn't ever knit a sweater top-down before, but it turned out nicely. The sweater is warm and cozy, too - great for northeastern winters.
My son is knitting a striped, garter stitch blanket with this and he really enjoys it.
