Overview

Penelope is a knitted chainette that magically turns into a sock weight by simply unravelling the thread. This 75% wool/ 25% polyamide is perfect for socks, shawls and fingerless gloves. The magical colorations have a hand dyed quality to them - one hank makes an adult pair of socks.

Fun to use

I am currently working on a pair of socks in the calypso color way. The yarn is fun to unravel as you knit. It is a little scratchy after it is knit up, but I don't think that would be too big of a problem. I like how every stripe is a different width. There is so much variety in how the stripes come out. I highly recommend this yarn if you want to have some fun knitting with fingering weight.
