Fuzzy Bear Hood

Lion Brand® Romance®

12 sts + 14 rows = about 4 in. (10 cm) in Garter st (k every row).

When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Making a Gauge Swatch

Fuzzy Bear Hood Reviewed by Kara on 2013-09-17 *****
This pattern is so cute I knew that I had to make a Fuzzy Bear Hood for my sister and me to share. I made a few changes in the pattern to have it fit an adult. To see exactly how I did it, you can visit my Ravelry Fuzzy Bear Hood project page:

Thank you Lion Brand for sharing this really fuzzy and simple project!
