GAUGE:
5 stitches + 4 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch (knit on right side, purl on wrong side) with 2 strands of yarn held together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
Scarf is worked with 2 strands of yarn held together.
SCARF With 2 strands of yarn held together, cast on 11 stitches.
Work in Stockinette Stitch (knit on right side, purl on wrong side) until piece measures 90 in. (228.5 cm) from beginning.
Bind off.

Definitely rolls up a lot. I'm trying to block it now but I doubt it is going to do the job. It looks like such a cute scarf, such a shame.
Definitely add a border or something to prevent from rolling
