GAUGE:
13 1/2 sts + 20 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Nautical Pullover Reviewed by Heather on 2012-12-08
My store didn't have the blue yarn, so I decided to use Candy Apple, it being the Christmas season and all, and it's worked out quickly. It's a little wide, but when I finish sewing it I'll sew the sides tighter so it doesn't make me look large. Otherwise, I love how it looks. It's soft and adorable.
