Crochet Kit - Paix Throw

SKU: B70556

The Paix Faux Fur Throw is unmatched on the I-want-to-live-under-this-blanket front. It's an absolute dream to work up and comes together quite quickly. The overall look + feel is a full sheet of fur fabric, with little trace of the crochet process. You’ll simply use your thumb to find each stitch, and by row 2 it becomes intuitive.

Very warm throw

I made this throw in the comet color. It was a little tricky with not being able to see the stitches but it didn’t take long for me to get the hang of it. I was happy with the end result. The throw is very soft and warm.

simple project for this soft yarn

The Go For Faux yarn is so very SOFT and makes great projects - however it can be tricky to work with because the stitches disappear into the "fluff". This project is so simple and a great way to get use to this yarn. I recommend searching for a tutorial on line to help out.

wonderful easy pattern

Wonderful pattern, very easy to follow and works up quickly! I’ve made more of these for friends and family than I can count at this point, and they are always so loved!

Paix Throw

I've used this yarn on previous projects and looking forward to making this throw. Once you get used to where the stitches are, it's a breeze. So soft!

I have made several of these blankets, most by request! The yarn works up easily, feels so soft and looks awesome!

Fun yarn

Easy once you get a grip on where the stitch es are. Had to be careful because I often stitched two together till I saw it was wonky then figured it out. The picture above is deceiving. My afghan does not look that big. Mine is 31x39 all the yarn, same size hook and sc

Hi Susan - were you able to match the gauge in the pattern? It can be tricky to count the stitches in such a fuzzy yarn, so the easiest way to check would be to use the same number of sts given for 4' and measure your swatch after working about 4' vertically. You may naturally be a tighter crocheter than the designer and need to go up a hook size to get the same gauge, and the same finished size.
