Every project is an absolute delight

I just love this Superwash merino yarn. I love the colors. It is so easy to mix the colors (charcoal, hemp and paprika for the fair isle sweater) or even double up to create something a bit thicker (outer wear cardigan: midnight blue and ice). The wash and dry of each piece is so simple. Each piece comes alive again after wash. I really like the way I feel wearing them too.

Grandma's challenge

My 15 year old granddaughter saw the photo of this top on my Pinterest and asked me to make it for her. I ordered the yarn having no idea how it would be to work with. I absolutely loved it! So easy to work with and so soft and comfortable to wear! The stitches really hold their shape, they have a springy texture which is very cosy. It is now her favorite top to wear to school. Yea for me!

Love this Merino

I haven’t been a fan of merino due to previous purchase at hobby lobby. quality was not good. Lion Brand has a much better quality for Merino yarn. I’ll be buying Merino from Lion Brand as long as they keep it coming!

Very soft and easy to work with

This yarn is unbelievably soft. It's so light for a merino wool. I've found it to be easier to work with than some reviews say. For me it doesn't split at all, but I'm a crocheter and haven't tried in knitting. The texture once worked is lovely.

Dyes beautifully, soft, but not easy to knit with

But yarn is a very fine dk. Almost a fingering weight. It also splits badly when knitting so you have to take great care. Really soft, though.
