WORK LOCATION: Rincon, GA Distribution Center
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm

The Outbound Warehouse Manager oversees the outbound team and focuses on employee performance, outbound inventory for all product channels, and execution of department protocols. This associate must act with the Lion Brand Values in mind: Teamwork, Consumer & Customer Centric, Embrace & Lead Change, Work Smarter, and Have Fun!

• Manages a team and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and safely while maintaining a positive team culture, hires, trains, and coaches, assists with time and attendance management, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Pick/Pack/Ship.
• Wholesale Order Process.
• Kitting and Assembly.
• Backup to Logistics Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
• 5-7 years management, operations, and leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of LEAN Principles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• Able to work independently but can manage a large group in a team environment.
• Team Player with the ability to motivate and lead team members.
