WORK LOCATION: Mon – Fri Onsite in Rincon, GA Office. Remote and Onsite Training in NJ Office.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for assessing business requirements and software needs, providing technical support, performing diagnostic tests, and resolving issues to optimize performance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide EDI and IT Help Desk support.
• Deploy new workstations including printers and handheld scanners.
• Monitor daily EDI Inbounds/Outbounds and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage and reconcile EDI transactions with Ecommerce portals and VANS.
• Setup and on-boarding new EDI trading partners.
• Assist Infrastructure Manager with servers, access points, and WiFi testing.
• Assist with identifying anomalies relating to system processes, robots, etc.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3-5 years ERP system and EDI applications required.
• Knowledge of EDI applications required.
• CompTIA Network, and CompTIA A+ preferred but not required.
• Familiar with enterprise grade ERP systems, EDI applications, and Cross Platform Integrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365.
• Knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex errors.
• Able to work in a supportive team environment.
