Dimensions Detail
The garland length is fully customizable. I made five witch hats, and the garland fit perfectly on my fireplace mantle, which measures 45 inches long. When measuring the twine length, cut it several feet longer than you need, to allow room for drape and hanging. Hat Size - Approximate Finished Size, Diameter 4”, Height 3.5”
