At Lion Brand, we love seeing all the ways that you can get crafty with yarn. This year we want to get to know the makers that are helping us to create a more colorful, connected, comforting, and caring world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want to see what you can create with a simple sign and a whole lot of imagination. In the description of your post, you can tell us what your crafting means to you, a story about a meaningful WIP or FO, or just a little background on yourself as a maker. We can&#8217;t wait to see what you&#8217;ll make!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You can enter via <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lionbrandyarn\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LionBrandYarns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Facebook<\/a>!<\/li><li>We\u2019re looking for images of the <strong>#IAmLionBrand<\/strong> sign. You can be in it or you can have your favorite Lion Brand Yarns in the photos. The most important thing is that the photo includes a sign that says <strong>#IAmLionBrand<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What To Do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s easy! We want to get to know you as a crafter! We would like you to snap a photo that includes a sign that says #IAmLionBrand. This could be a handmade sign or a photoshopped one. The photo may include someone holding the sign or your sign flat on the ground but it&nbsp;<strong>must include Lion Brand Yarns or a WIP\/FO using Lion Brand Yarns<\/strong> somewhere in the photo. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using the posting date on social media platforms as the entry date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;5.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>How to Enter<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Requirements.&nbsp; Entries must\ninclude ALL of the below requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Post a photo on Instagram or Facebook with an image of a sign that says #IAmLionBrand, it must include Lion Brand yarn somewhere in the image.&nbsp; If you don\u2019t have a Lion Brand yarn, you may use other yarn.<\/li><li>Hashtag your image #IAmLionBrand  <\/li><li>Each post constitutes an entry and you may enter as many times as you wish during the contest period<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;All entries\nbecome the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;6.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Prize Drawing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On or about March 24, 2021, the Sponsor will select the potential winner.  The first prize winner will receive $500 worth of yarn. The first prize is based on the decision of a team of judges at Lion Brand Yarn Company. The first prize is won by the most creative entry, which is at the sole discretion of the judges.&nbsp; The second prize&nbsp;winner will receive $250 worth of yarn. The third prize winner will receive $125 worth of yarn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Winner Notification<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners via a public announcement on the blog and a comment on the winning posts on or about March 26, 2021. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him\/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his\/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each potential winner\n(parent\/legal guardian if a minor in his\/her state of residence) will be\nrequired to contact a designated representative of Lion Brand Yarn Company\nwithin 5 days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond\nwithin the required time period, an alternate will be chosen.&nbsp; If the\npotential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his\/her\njurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the\nname of his\/her parent or legal guardian, who Potential winners must continue\nto comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is\ncontingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The third prize winner receives $125 worth of yarn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>General Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\nIn the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is\nimpaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus,\nbug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in\nthe event the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as\ndetermined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole\ndiscretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then\nresume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these\nOfficial Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the event of termination,\naward the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received\nup to the time of the impairment.
