Lovely!

Making a sweater with this. The yarn itself isn't stretchy but the end product (in garter stitch) is VERY stretchy!

Just what I was looking for

I'm using this lapis Date Nights Yarn on a knitting project. It began as a poncho wrap with variegated oranges, reds, cream and purple. As I knitted, the rows of colors reminded me of the Grand Canyon. I wanted to put a dark blue night sky above the "canyon," but how could it look like a night sky without twinkling stars? That's when I found the lapis Date Nights! I used both the dark blue entwined with the lapis and it's perfect! Exactly what I wanted. I'm impatient to see the finished piece!

Nice yarn

Nice sparkle and nice colors. Has a lot of stretch to it. A little scratchy once final project is done.

Pretty yarn

I used a ball of morganite and a ball of jasper to edge a large C2C blanket. They made a very pretty crochet border. The yarn felt very heavy to me and a little scratchy(probably due to the metallic thread). It was actually easy to work with & very beautiful, and it softened up after a wash.

I got dolomite (white), tree agate (grey) and jasper (brown). I love them all -- but I would say that the sparkle is the most subtle with the dolomite. Still, the yarn has a great selection of colors and I like the feel. I personally love working with chainnette yarns so that's a bonus too.
