So, this is probably a great pattern, but I’m really having trouble with the instructions. I know it’s a beginner level and it’s a simple repeating stitch. It’s probably something very simple that I am not able to see, but the instructions say to crochet in the space between de hdc, but the hdc of the previous row were crochet right after each other. So, there is no space between the hdc st. I am an intermediate crocheter and have crochet higher level patterns… I tried reaching out the the pattern designer via IG but haven’t heard anything back from her yet. If anybody at Lionbrand can help me I would really appreciate it. See picture below, how I am currently doing it, where I have to force the crochet hook in the stitch between the two hdc. This doesn’t feel right, but would love to know if I’m on the right track.

Giving a 5 star great project. Only thing I find a fault with Lion Brand is that there was a promotion given to get tea set free and did not receive with my order. Also would like to be able to touch base by phone at the time I receive order to resolve problem while fresh.
