  • Lovely

With no disrespect intended to Holly, the pattern as written produces the shawl as pictured. A simple pattern produces a lovely product!

  • pattern is NOT the picture

if you go by the gauge, one row will be 18" long. this is the width of the shawl, not the length, . the picture shows the rows going end to end, yet the pattern makes the rows side to side. a BIG difference in the look of the shawl,

  • Inspiring!!

Using the Prism yarn to make the ebb tide or sparkle shawl is super inspiring!! I have been making them with long or short fringes on 3 sides, and also with scalloped edging...so that it has a nice finish.. thanks for making such a beautiful yarn!!

  • Gorgeous!

I am in love with this pattern and yarn. The yarn is beautiful, wonderful colors, just the right amount of sparkle, and delicate, but easy to work with. The pattern is easy to follow and I very much appreciated the drawing of the pattern. That made it very easy to follow. I will say though, the first row was a little challenging simply because this particular yarn has so many colors and threads to it, counting the chain stitches to find the right chain stitch to use was a little tough and required very bright lighting. After the second row was complete, the rest was easy. The yarn is very thin and completing the project is therefore not quick, but the end result is gorgeous.
