Pretty Poncho

Lion Brand® Woolspun (old)

14 sts and 16 rows = 4" in garter st on size 10½ needles. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Pretty Poncho Reviewed by Roberta Rhodes on 2009-11-30 *****

This poncho is one of the easist to knit, and best of all seamless, items I have found in free patterns. It is lovely. When I get time after the holidays to make one for myself I will. I am using a navy blue boucle, and the texture looks very much like the discontinued yarn in this picture. You will not be disappointed in this pattern.
