Mix-and-Match Poncho
Lion Brand® Wool-Ease® Chunky - Landscapes® - Incredible® - Color Waves - Fancy Fur - Fun Fur® - Moonlight Mohair - Watercolors
GAUGE: 10 stitches + 20 rows (10 ridges) = 4 inches [10 cm], approximately,
in Garter stitch (knit every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
Poncho is made in 2 strips that are sewn together lengthwise.

PONCHO STRIP – Make 2
Cast on 22 stitches. Work in Garter stitch, changing yarn as whim dictates, until piece measures 44 inches [112 cm]. Bind off loosely.FINISHING
Weave in ends. Sew strips together along long edge to make larger rectangle, then sew short edge of Poncho to long edge as shown. Point of Poncho can be worn to the front or side.

| Fun and easy! I am a yarn junkie, so I loved mixing and matching colors and textures. I used Chocolate Brown Wool-Ease as the base, and added shades of browns and greens.
