Decorated Christmas Stocking

Lion Brand® Wool-Ease®

GAUGE:

20 sts + 26 rows = 4" [10 cm] in St st (k on RS, p on WS) on larger needles. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Decorated Christmas Stocking Reviewed by Caitlin Siem on 2011-12-20 *****
For this Christmas season I decided to make stockings for the whole family and was really looking for a specific looking stocking. I was very pleased with this one. I made a total of 14 stockings in different colors and such but did not make the balls, just the stocking. The pattern was straight forward and fun to make. If I ever make another stocking again, it will be this one. A must try.
