Shape Shoulder Bind off 9 (10, 12) sts at beg of next 3 WS

 SLEEVES
Cast on 68 (76, 84) sts. Work 6 rows in Garter st. Change to St
st, and inc 1 st each end every 18th row 2 times 72 (80, 88) sts.
Work even until piece measures 8ฝ inches [21.5 cm] from beg. Bind off
6 (7, 8) sts at beg of next 6 rows, then bind off remaining 36 (38,
40) sts.
FINISHING
Sew shoulder seams. Sew in Sleeves. Sew side and Sleeve seams.
Crochet Edge With RS facing and beginning at lower Right
Front, work single crochet evenly spaced around entire front
opening, ending at lower Left Front.
Fringe Cut strands of yarn approximately 10 inches [25.5 cm] long
for Sleeves and 16 inches [40.5 cm] long for lower edge. For each
fringe, hold 2 strands of yarn together and fold in half. Use
crochet hook to draw fold through edge of garment, forming a loop.
Pull ends of fringe through this loop. Pull to tighten. Make 30 (34,
38) fringes around each Sleeve and 84 (96, 106) fringes evenly
spaced across lower edge. Trim fringe if necessary.
Weave in ends.
