Halloween Trick-or-Treat Bag
Lion Brand® Fun Fur - Microspun
GAUGE: 14 stitches + 24 rows = 4 inches [10 cm] in garter stitch (knit
every row) with 1 strand each of Microspun and Fun Fur held
together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Bag is worked with 1 strand each of Fun Fur and Microspun held together throughout.

BAG With 1 strand each of A and AA held together, cast on 38 stitches. Work 4 rows in garter stitch. Change to 1 strand each of B and BB. Work 4 rows in garter stitch. Continue as established, working 4 rows of garter stitch in alternating colors until 26 stripes (104 rows) have been worked. Bind off all stitches.STRAP – Make 2 With 1 strand each of A and B held together, cast on 42 stitches. Work 4 rows in garter stitch. Bind off all stitches.FINISHING Fold Bag in half with right sides together. With 1 strand of B, sew bottom and side seams, and sew straps to Bag. Weave in ends.
