Image of Tutu Onesy and Hat

Ideal for playing at the beach or pool, this charming set will make some lucky little girl the star of the show. Leave off the ruffle, and it works for a boy, too.

GAUGE:

22 sts + 28 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS) on larger needles.

When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

WOW! This pattern comes out soo darn cute and it was very easy to make. Quick satisfaction crochet for sure :) It was fun to pick out the little buttons as well. I have now made this outfit twice because after making one for my daughter I was asked by a friend to make one for her daughter! I finally decided to review it because yep- I am now making a third :)
