GAUGE: 14 sts = 4 inches [10 cm] in Stockinette st (k on right side, p on
wrong side) with A. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

SCARF With A, cast on 110 sts.Row 1 K 1, *yo, k 1; repeat from * – 219 sts. Row 2 and all even numbered rows Purl. Rows 3 and 7 Knit. Row 5 K 1, *yo, k 1; repeat from * – 437 sts. Row 9 K 1, *yo, k 1; repeat from * – 873 sts. Row 11 With B, knit. Bind off. Weave in ends.

| This is just the cutest, although I changed a few things. I used two yarns, both medium weight, a baby pink and rose shade and then added a fine gauge sparkle yarn in a white,Vanna's Glamour. Since mine was rather "thick" I did not do the last increase.It turned out so well I'm consider doing it in a cotton weight like cotton-ease.But make sure your circular needles are at least 36" or you'll be very frustrated!
