GAUGE:

12 sts = 4 inches [10 cm] in Stockinette st (k on RS, p on WS). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

NOTES:

Pattern is worked from the bottom to the top.

Lacy Suede Poncho Reviewed by Barbara Sandoz on 2011-12-23 *****
I've made this three times; twice using a solid color suede yarn and once with another worstered weight that was multicolor. They are all really great! It's a terrific pattern.
