Child's Blocks & Stripes Pullover Sweater

Lion Brand® Lion® Cotton

GAUGE:

17 sts + 24 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette stitch (knit on RS, purl on WS). When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Child's Blocks & Stripes Pullover Sweater Reviewed by Deborah on 2011-08-10 *****
I made 2 of these for twins (male and female)size 7 and they came out great. Very easy to knit and very quick. I used 3 colors instead of 4: blossom and plum for the front and back and striped the sleeves in blossom and azalea and lake and charcoal for the front and back of the other with taupe and charcoal striped sleeves. I would definitely recommend this pattern and Cotton Ease yarn.
