Sew cast-on edge of each leaf to beg of neckband and tack bound-off st of each leaf to Jumpsuit.Right Front Band With RS facing and A, pick up and k approximately 43 (47, 51, 55) sts along Right Front opening edge. Work in k 1, p 1 rib for 1 ¼ inches. Bind off.Left Front Band Work same as Right Front Band making five 3-st buttonholes (= bind off 3 sts on 3rd row; cast on 3 sts on 4th row) evenly spaced on 3rd row with first buttonhole 2 sts below neckband edge and last buttonhole 2 sts above cast-on edge. Next Row P 1, *p2tog across – 27 (28, 29, 31) sts. Next Row (RS) K 1 (0, 1, 1), k2tog across – 14 (14, 15, 16) sts. Next Row (RS) P 0 (0, 1, 0), p2tog across – 7 (7, 8, 8) sts. Cord Top With double-pointed needles and A,, k2tog 3 (3, 4, 4), times, k 1 (1, 0, 0) – 4 sts. *Slide sts to end of one needle, knit. Repeat from * until Cord measures 2 inches. Bind off. Sew Hat seam. Sew Cord tie off to top center. Make 8 leaves and sew to top of Hat. Sew 3 buttons onto leaves.
