Quick-Knit Throw
Lion Brand® Homespun®
GAUGE: 5 sts = 3 inches. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Throw is worked with two strands held together throughout.

| Quick-Knit Throw Reviewed by Catherine Seebald on 2012-12-30 |

| I made this throw using Homespun colors Lagoon and Rococo. The pattern is quick and easy, and I really like the way the colors look together. However, I finished it and washed it (according to the instructions) like I usually do after finishing a project, and pulled it out of the dryer only to discover the yarn had separated in one spot, and the throw now had a couple of big holes. It wasn't a place where there had been a knot in the yarn or where the yarn had been joined with a new skein -- the yarn had just come apart So, just hours after finishing the throw, I found myself trying to mend it. :-( 4 stars for the throw pattern, 2 for the yarn averages out to 3 stars.
