Decrease after first 2 and before last 2 sts on next row and every other row (every RS row) 2 (5, 3, 6) times total. Shape Neck Next Row(WS) P 38 (38, 43, 43), k and p in next center st to increase, p 38 (38, 43, 43) – 78 (78, 88, 88) sts. FRONT Work same as for Back. FINISHING Block pieces to measurements by dampening them, laying them flat on towel(s), and using your hands to move them into shape. If necessary, pin until dry. Sew shoulder seams, sew side seams. Neck Trim With RS facing and circular needles, pick up and k 100 (100, 110, 110) sts evenly around each neck – 100 (100, 110, 110) sts. Work 1 row in Seed st. Bind off in Seed st on next row. Armhole Trim With RS facing and circular needles, pick up and k 76 (82, 86, 92) sts evenly around armhole. Work 1 row in Seed st. Bind off in Seed st on next row.
JEANS TRIM With crochet hook, chain lengths of yarn to fit around jeans' seam lines. Sew chain along seam lines. Crochet extra long length to go around leg bottom for about 3". Sew long chain to leg bottom, covering about 3: evenly spaced

well, I made it in size large and it did not fit like the picture. It is more like a trapeze top. the deco detail down the front did not go down the middle but is instead offset to one side. I also ended up having to go down 2 sizes in order to get gauge. In spite of that I like the neck edgeing and it is still cute. I wish it did not swing out so much down at the bottom though.
