Lion Brand® Fun Fur - Microspun

GAUGE:

10 stitches + 12 rows = 4 inches [10 cm] in stockinette stitch (straight needles: knit on right side, purl on wrong side) (double-pointed needles: knit every round). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

NOTES:

Hat is very soft and stretchy.   Hat is worked with two strands throughout -- one strand of Microspun and one strand of Fun Fur

Chemo Cap Reviewed by Allana on 2010-01-24 *****
Great, quick knit. I made it for my friend who is shaving her head for the local children's hospital charity. Since it's the dead of winter, she'll need a thin hat to keep her head warm even indoors. I had leftover Lion Brand Homespun yarn so I used that instead and it worked out perfectly. I made the large size, and it should fit her 22 inch head perfectly.
