LAVENDER (RIBBON FLOWER) CARD MATERIALS • LION BRAND Incredible 1 ball #207 Purple Party or color of your choice • Purchased blank greeting card and envelope • Craft glue or hot melt glue • Felt scraps for leaves • 3 buttons • Marker in coordinating colorCARD Make three flowers: |  | 1. Wrap the Incredible ribbon yarn around the three middle fingers of your hand 10 times. Cut the yarn from the ball. Remove the yarn from your hands and use another short piece and tie it around the middle of the bundle as shown. 2. Cut the bundle of yarn at both ends 3. Spread the yarn out in a circle, trimming the ends if needed to get a circle 
4. Place a few drops of glue in the center of the flower and place the button in the middle as shown. Allow to dry. |  | | 5. Using the leaf pattern, cut as many leaves from the felt as you wish to use. 6. Use a pencil to lightly trace the design of your card. | 
| | 7. Use three strands of the Incredible ribbon yarn to make a braid that is long enough to make a frame for your card. Using the craft glue, start at a corner of the frame, follow the outline of the frame with the glue and then place the braid on the glue. Allow the glue to dry. 8. Tie four small bows of the Incredible ribbon yarn, trim as desired. Place a few drops of glue at the corners of the frame and glue one bow at each corner. 9. Place a few drops of glue where you want the flowers and the leaves, position the flowers and the leaves as desired and allow to dry. 10. Use the colored marker to write your greetings inside and outside the card, sign it and place in envelope. |
