GAUGE: Gauge is not important to this project.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
|
BELT
1. With a strand of yarn, measure comfortably around your waist and add 32 inches. Cut. 2. Cut two lengths of wire or fishing line the same length as the yarn. 3. Knot the jewelry wire or fishing line at one end, and completely fill it with the seed beads, closing the other end with a knot 4. Repeat with other strand of wire or fishing line (you can use more than 2 strands for a more sparkly look) 5. Cut 10 lengths of the Suede yarn (add more for a fuller belt) 6. Knot on the side and enjoy!
