GAUGE:

13 sts and 9 rows = 4 inches in dc. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

VERY Nifty Little Soap Baggie!! Reviewed by Emmy on 2011-09-20 *****
This is a quick and easy little project that was very enjoyable. Although, there seemed to be a slight mistake at the end of the pattern. When you get to row 15 or so it says repeat row 2 twice. But it skipped rnd 3 that was included on the opposite end. But it isnt hard to just throw that rnd in right before your last two. Great idea though!!!!
