When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Style-Savvy Poncho Reviewed by Myra Piechowski on 2008-02-27 ****
I made this poncho and really like it a lot. The only thing i did was to shorten the neck so it would go over my clothes eaiser.
I think a not about blocking the garment would be helpful for your customers.

I have not taken photos of my poncho but many ladies and gentlement at church like it also.

I used molhair and wool in Shades of Fall for my yarn.
