Lion Brand® Jamie® Pompadour
GAUGE: 16 sts = 4 inches (10 cm) on size G-6 (4 mm) hook. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

BLANKET
With MC, ch 113. Row 1 Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across -- 112 sc.
Row 2 Ch 1, turn. Sc in each sc across. Fasten off MC.
Row 3 Attach A, ch 1, turn. Sc in each sc across.
Row 4 Ch 1, turn. Sc tbl (through back loop) in each sc across. Fasten off A.
Row 5 Attach MC, ch 1, turn. Sc tbl in each sc across.
Row 6 Ch 1, turn. Sc in each sc across. Fasten off MC.
Row 7 Attach B, ch 1, turn. Sc in each sc across.
Row 8 Ch 1, turn. Sc tbl of each sc across. Fasten off B.
Row 9 Attach MC, ch 1, turn. Sc tbl in each sc across.
Row 10 Ch 1, turn. Sc in each sc across. Fasten off MC.
Row 11 Attach C, ch 1, turn. Sc in each across.
Row 12 Ch 1, turn. Sc tbl of each sc across. Fasten off C.
Row 13 Attach MC, ch 1, turn. Sc tbl in each sc across.
Row 14 Ch 1, turn. Sc in each sc across. Fasten off MC. Rep Rows 3-14 for stripe pattern until Blanket measures 32 inches.BORDER Rnd 1 With MC, work 1 rnd sc around entire Blanket working 3 sc in each corner, end slip st in first sc. Ch 1, turn. With MC work 3 more rnds sc, then rep color and stitch sequence of Rows 3-14, always working 3 sc in each corner.
