Next row Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across - 7 sc, then sc in each sc across - 22 sts. Work 1 row sc inc 9 sts evenly spaced across row - 31 sts. Ch 3, turn. Cuff: Row 1 1 dc in first sc, ch 2, 1 sc in same st, work (1 dc, ch 2, 1 sc) in next sc, * skip 2 sc, (2 dc, ch 2, 1 sc) in next sc; repeat from *, end (2 dc, ch 2, 1 sc) in last sc.
