GAUGE: 10 sts = 4" on size K hook. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Pom-pom Hat Reviewed by LeAne Finlay on 2008-11-25 |

I have been making this hat pattern in all sizes for kids and adults. I made some to donate to our local Target store when I found out they adopted 4 families for the holidays to help them get through it with a little more cheer this year.
I love this pattern. It is so easy and fun to make.
