Blue Sky Pocketbook Scarf

Lion Brand® Homespun® - Fancy Fur

GAUGE:

10 sts + 11 rows = 4 inches [10 cm] in Scarf pattern with MC and smaller size hook. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Blue Sky Pocketbook Scarf Reviewed by Carrie Bulgier on 2009-02-09 ***
I've made several of these scarves; it is a little difficult, but I just take my time & they always turn out nice. I like to add a large (1" or so) button to the pocket-the loop that is made on the upper part of the pocket is the perfect size for a large button & it looks really cute.
